Yoga of
Sound

Experience the calming and healing effects of Nāda Yoga, the Yoga of Sound.

Sunday 19th November 11.00am to 12.30pm
In this introductory workshop, you will learn and practice some ancient yet simple techniques to settle the nervous system and awaken energy, in order to access the deep and nourishing stillness that is residing in us all.
We will immerse ourselves in meditative toning and also experience the empowering Indian SARGAM classical scale which helps to activate and balance our voice, our energy and chakras.
We will also learn a raga based kirtan that will help to connect us with a sanctuary of peace within.
This will be a beautiful opportunity to uplift our vibration, open our voices and expand our hearts through sound, mantra and movement practices.
Suitable for both beginners and for those who have had prior experience.
Nāda Yoga helps purify and harmonise our gross and subtle energy fields in alignment with your natural vibration.
“Practicing Nāda Yoga with Geeti and Gyan has opened up so many treasures and is one of my most favourite things to do. So blessed to receive the deep connection, softness and openings each week. Thank you” – Athena
