Dee did her first yoga class when pregnant with her first son in 1982. Many years later she did a 3 year yoga diploma and lived in an ashram for a year where she practised yoga teaching and living a simple life. She spent 10 years teaching her own classes and more recently has been teaching at the Women’s Health Centre, Gosford Hospital Cancer Care and the Cancer Care Cottage.

Dee is currently doing a 12 month course in pranayama and meditation with IYTA. She is excited to be joining the Umina Beach Yoga team.
