Flow, like a dance, is a yoga practice which builds flexibility, strength and balance, while maintaining focus on good alignment. Awareness stays with the breath while moving through a series of postures creating an accessible and effective moving meditation. These sequences are designed to support the body and mind through the changing seasons of the year.

Throughout the class we offer students variations of poses and sequences so there is always the opportunity to choose more gentle, simpler versions of the practise or to take a more challenging, advanced option if you prefer. All classes include a short period of seated meditation and end in relaxation or sivasana. Classes are suitable for those who enjoy the energy of a flowing practise and for all levels of experience.

Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
