Monday 9.15am + 6.00pm, Tuesday 6.00pm, Wednesday 7.30am and Sunday 8.00am
Flow yoga, like a dance, builds flexibility, strength and balance, while maintaining focus on good alignment. Awareness stays with the breath while moving through a series of postures creating an accessible and effective moving meditation, helping to calm and quieten even the most active minds. These sequences are designed to support the body and mind through the changing seasons of the year.
Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as the teacher adapts the class according to the students.
Intermediate flow classes (Wednesday 6.00pm and Saturday 8.00am) are an Astanga Yoga style practise linking breath and movement in a vinyasa flow. Best suited to those who enjoy a more dynamic practise with some previous experience.
Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
