This nourishing class fuses the dynamism of a smooth vinyasa class, with the stillness of a deeply restorative one. It begins with breath-led, alignment-based flow before transitioning into quieter work that balances the nervous system with restorative and yin postures. Create a state of harmony and peace in both body and mind.
Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as the teacher adapts the class according to the students.
Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
