This nourishing class fuses the dynamism of a smooth vinyasa class, with the stillness of a deeply restorative one. It begins with breath-led, alignment-based flow before transitioning into quieter work that balances the nervous system with restorative and yin postures. The result? A state of harmony and peace in both body and mind.

Throughout the class we offer students variations of poses and sequences so there is always the opportunity to choose more gentle, simpler versions of the practise or to take a more challenging, advanced option if you prefer.  Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
