A slow, mindful practice suitable for all, including older students, those recovering from illness or injury and everyone who simply wants to slow down.
Gentle yoga combines a slow gentle flow and restorative yoga postures. This class is nourishing and perfect for nervous system balancing. Finishing with a long relaxation, it is the perfect antidote to modern life.
Students are supported to move carefully into each pose, with sufficient time to use props and make adjustments. The wall or a chair can be used for support during standing and balancing poses and in the transition from standing to the seated poses.
