Mandy Marks is originally from the coast and has spent many years between Sydney and the coast, now calling the coast home once more. Her yoga journey started over 20 years ago, it was a revelation –  both physical and calming. In 2013/2014 Mandy and her family lived in India, where she took that opportunity undertake a teacher training to deepen her practice and gain a more thorough understanding of yoga philosophy.

On return to Australia, she regularly taught a Hatha flow class at the high school where she is a teacher whilst personally practicing the Ashtanga Mysore method. Mandy has practiced Ashtanga Mysore for about 7 years before transitioning back to a more gentle flow practice. She is delighted to have the opportunity to be able to share and help others with their yoga journey.
