Please remember to cancel if you can’t come. You can cancel online or send us an sms so we know your plans have changed.
Recurring reservations are a great way to secure a space in your favourite class without having to remember each week to book in. Recurring reservation help make yoga a wellness habit!
This single booking to reserve weekly classes can only be done via our live timetable on the website, not through the MindBody App.

Pass Expiry: Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass. Passes are valid for a set period of time. Please make a note of the expiry date when booking and be sure to use all your classes before this time.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours in advance. Your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations will not be credited.
New Student Pass: Only available to local students who have not attended Umina Beach Yoga classes before. Unlimited classes for 13 days from date of first class. Can be used for general timetabled classes. Not valid for Pregnancy Yoga, Mums and Bubs course or other courses or special events.
5 Week Specialist Courses: New student and general studio passes are not valid for these specialist courses. We cannot offer make up lessons or refunds for courses.
Concessions must have a valid pension or student card. Please show this when paying for your pass in reception. Concession passes cannot be bought online.
Refunds: We cannot offer refunds. If your class is cancelled then we will offer you a refund, credit or alternative class if you prefer.
Liability Waiver: Please sign our liability waiver when you first book. Let your teacher know if you have any health concerns or injuries that may affect your yoga practise. Yoga teachers at UBY cannot provide professional medical advice and it is your responsibility to consult with your GP prior to commencing yoga classes. Yoga includes physical movements and may involve the teacher touching you to assist you in some of the postures. Please let the teacher know if you would prefer not to be adjusted in this way. All proper care shall be taken for your well-being and safety, however it is your responsibility to adjust your practice to avoid injury. No responsibility can be taken for injuries from, or as a consequence of, your participation in online or studio classes.
