“Helen is a wealth of knowledge and her years of experience in Yoga, birthing and motherhood shines through her classes. I am beyond thankful to have found her course and see her passion first hand. I personally have loved the collaborations included with women in our community specialising in pregnancy, birthing, parenting and more. Each emphasising the importance of nurturing mothers and their babies during this unique and special time in their lives. Helens incredible teachings and ability to hold space for mothers is not only informative but inspiring. Together with her one on one mentoring throughout I have gained vital knowledge that has truly enriched my personal experience of my pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey that I will be forever grateful for. This course has been the community connection I was seeking not only as a Teacher but as a mother. I strongly recommend this course to any Yoga teachers working with women and mothers in the community that want to dive deeper and strengthen their teaching abilities and offerings.”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed learning all about yoga to support women in pregnancy, preparing for birth and postnatally with Helen. Her course is so much more than safe asana poses during these phases (which I have touched on in previous yoga training), it’s about the community connection, the journey of motherhood and the power of women when we come together to support each other. I really enjoyed the balance of practical and theory and bringing in external partners to share their philosophies and expertise in this broad and fascinating subject matter. Highly recommend if you’re seeking to grow your knowledge and skills as a yoga teacher and support women through this epic life journey.”
