Our Morning Awaken class is a Hatha style yoga practice that gets you ready for the day ahead. Energising and waking the body and mind with a series of poses that build flexibility, strength, and balance. Awareness stays with the breath creating an accessible and effective moving meditation.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
