This 5-week beginner yoga course is for you.
- Learn the meaning of common words and phrases used in general yoga classes
- Learn foundation poses in a safe environment
- Experience different yoga styles
- Feel supported and encouraged
- Experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga for yourself
This course is a fabulous way to get you started on your yoga journey; to connect with your body, mind, and breath.
Includes option to join WhatsApp chat with other students in your group.
