Sophie loves teaching in a creative Vinyasa style, focusing on combining breath with movement in ways that are fun, challenging and always safe for every unique body. In her classes you’ll experience not only the asanas (postures) but also elements of pranayama (breathwork), yoga philosophy and meditation. You will leave her classes feeling energised, calm and centred.

Yoga has been the key element in Sophie’s life for over 6 years now. Born and raised in Austria, she moved to Australia in 2016 and found that through all the changes happening in her life, the only constant she could always return to was her Yoga Practice. In 2019 she finished her RYT 200hour Teacher Training in beautiful Bali, where she fell in love even more, not just with the physical, but with the spiritual aspects of Yoga practice. She has been teaching various styles of yoga on the coast for the last 3 years, where she held space for beginners, advanced students and everyone in-between.

“What I love most about Yoga is how it does not judge, does not say right or wrong, it’s already whole on its own. It gives to each what they seek and it encourages you to really listen to what’s going on within, way beyond the physical aspects. To me a yoga mat is not just a prop, it is a place I call home.”
