Melanie started practising yoga in 2012 while living in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was a calming escape from the big and busy city. It was here she met a nurturing community of women, all coming together to restore and reset. From then on, she knew yoga was her path forward.
After teaching yoga in Sydney for four years, she moved to the Central Coast and has enjoyed the slower pace of life while living close to the best beaches in the world!
Melanie is a qualified vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga teacher. Her classes create a space for students to feel safe in their bodies, with particular focus on moving consciously with their breath. She is passionate about physical and emotional wellbeing, and loves sharing the healing quality of yoga with others.
