Monday’s at 10.30am

The weekly meditation sessions consist of a 30-minute mindfulness meditation followed by a talk and group discussion on a topic relating to our emotional wellbeing. Meditation is a great way to connect with yourself, relax your nervous system and fill your cup. The group chats are a wonderful way to make new connections.

The classes are suitable for both beginners and those who have practiced meditation before.
The discussion is optional, you are welcome to leave after your meditation practice if you need.
