Yoga Therapy with Julie

Experience personalised healing and one-on-one support with Yoga Therapy sessions guided by Julie Hatfield, of Freedom & Ease Yoga. With 20 years of yoga practice, a Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy, and a background in psychology, Julie offers a gentle, therapeutic approach tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Yoga Therapy sessions are designed to support your whole system — body, mind and breath. Whether you’re managing stress, working with pain or injury, navigating emotional challenges, or simply seeking greater ease and balance, Julie will create a personalised practice that meets you where you are. Sessions may include mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation and self-inquiry, all offered in a safe, compassionate space.

Yoga Therapy is a unique and powerful approach because it:

Availability
• Mondays:  from 1:30pm 
• Wednesdays: from 10:30am
Sessions are offered in 1-hour appointment slots.

Investment
• Initial consultation: $155
• Ongoing support sessions: $125 per appointment

The Process

Once you have booked in, Julie will send you an Intake Form to complete and return, ideally the day before your Initial Consultation. The information you offer in this form provides an important background for developing your personalized practice.

At your Initial Consultation we will discuss your Intake Form and co-create a brief at-home practice to start you on the pathway toward achieving your therapeutic goals. Typically, we would meet again after a week or so of your daily home-practice to make any adjustments needed. We would then work together to determine an appropriate pattern of follow-up visits so that your practice can support your progress toward sustainable wellbeing.
