A yoga and whole-food pairing event

A collaboration between Pachamama Catering & Umina Beach Yoga. Join Pip & Ali as they share insights on how to care for your whole self during this season through yoga practices & fresh spring delights.
  • We open with an intention setting meditation, sitting in circle – paired with a warming tonic & treat. Then we release tension and stress with sound, breath-work and stretching as we shift from autumn to winter with Pip.
  • From there Ali will nourish you with a wholesome lunch guided by the seasons. Followed by wisdom from her Pachamama Kitchen.
  • Then an invitation for deep rest. Pip will guide you through a Yin Yoga class closing with Yoga Nidra , yogic sleep and a closing circle. Leave feeling rested, nourished and restored.
