What to expect:
Opening meditation and circling intentions – paired with a spring cleansing refreshment. Then release tension and stress with sound, breath-work and stretching for spring with Pip. From there we will nourish you with a wholesome lunch guided by the season. Followed by wisdom from the Pachamama Kitchen lead by Ali. We close with an invitation for deep rest. Pip will guide you through a Yin Yoga class closing with Yoga Nidra , yogic sleep and a closing circle. Leave feeling rested, nourished and restored.
