
Brooke Green
A profound journey that began in her early twenties, Brooke has transformed her passion for yoga into a holistic practice that integrates movement, breathwork, and energy healing. Initially drawn to yoga for its calming effects amidst a fast-paced life in education and competitive sports, it was during her recovery from major back injuries in 2015 and 2017 that yoga became a lifeline, offering genuine relief from pain.
Brooke completed her 200-hour teacher training with Power Living Yoga, building a strong foundation in Vinyasa, breathwork, and mindful movement. Her love for slower, introspective practices led her to further training in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, focusing on deep rest and healing.
In addition to yoga, Brooke is a Reiki Master Practitioner and incorporates sound healing into her teaching, offering a nurturing experience for body, mind, and soul. Today, she holds space for others with compassion, intuition, and a deep understanding of how healing begins from within.
