We are so happy you are joining us. We pride ourselves in being a friendly, inclusive, down-to-earth yoga community. Our studio classes are taught face-to-face or you can join us live + online if you prefer to practise at home.

Studio classes:

  1. Let your teacher know if you have any health concerns or injuries that may affect your yoga practise
  2. Please bring your own mat and a clean towel or shawl to cover the bolster.
  3. Pre book studio classes as spaces are limited.
  4. There is a waiting list available for all classes. Please join the waiting list if the class is full. Often a space will become available.
  5. Please cancel ASAP if you cannot attend a studio class that you have booked to make room for another student and support our small business. We have a 4 hour cancellation policy.
  6. The studio will be open 15 minutes before class starts.
  7. STUDIO DOORS ARE LOCKED before the class starts. We cannot offer refunds to students who arrive late. Please arrive on time!

Which class will suit me?

We offer a wide ranges of yoga styles to ensure there is a class that suits you best. Classes vary from the most dynamic to the deeply restorative and everything in between. Whatever your age, experience and ability we have classes for you. Click here to read about our class styles. We also offer private group and individual tuition. We are here to help you find the perfect class for your specific needs, we love to talk about all things yoga.

Booking

New students sign the liability waiver when you first book. You can Sign up here

We recommend you book classes through our live timetable (or download the Momence app after creating an account with the link above.). Be careful to book the correct class, either studio or online. There is more information about our online classes here.

Please remember to cancel if you can’t come. We have a 4 hour cancellation policy and cannot refund late cancellations. You can cancel online or send an sms.

When you book your first class you will receive a welcome email with lots more information to help you enjoy your class.

What should I expect?

Expect to feel both calm and energised at the end of a class. You may find you sleep better, cope better with stress and improve your creativity shortly after starting regular yoga classes. You’ll also feel stronger, more balanced and clearer in your mind and body.
