ZenThai Flow

A yoga practice that integrates flowing asana (yoga postures) with the philosophies of the Chinese Five Elements and meridians.
Everything in nature is a unique combination of earth, metal, water, wood and fire. When we are in balance, optimal physical, mental and spiritual health, our elements are in balance. But all sorts of things can bring about imbalance: poor sleep, stress, diet, weather as well as external events.
With an understanding and embodiment of the elements, our yoga practice gifts us tools to maintain balance within our unique selves.
Earth – nourishment, grounding and honouring the great mother earth
Metal – refinement and letting go
Water – Flow, creativity, imagination
Wood – vision, direction, growth , expansion,
Fire – celebrating hearts wide open

Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience and you will be fully supported to explore at your own level.
