This is a time that can sneak up on you after all the planning and talking about pregnancy and birth, but it is a chapter in your life that requires an openness to understand what this sacred time means for her – the Mother, her baby and partner as you all adjust to life.
Commonly known as the first 6 weeks after giving birth or the 4th trimester this period of time plays a significant role in recovery, healing, bonding and adjustment for the entire family.
This workshop is designed to shine a light on the physiology of your healing, to equip your partner with tools to support you and to help you understand the importance of building a foundation so you can navigate this time with ease and joy.

Jenna is a birth, postpartum and end of life doula and runs The Seed Collective, a holistic well-being consultancy specialising in in-home support services when going through a life transition. Jenna has studied nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum and uses all of this knowledge along with combining various traditional postpartum methods and foods into designing the menu for Meals 4 Mummas. Jenna has made it her mission to educate and share knowledge on what the postpartum period brings and how to optimise healing, bonding and breastfeeding after giving birth.
