Yoga of Sound

Experience the profound connection and bliss possible through a guided yoga of sound (nāda yoga) workshop.

Support your yoga practice with this ancient Indian metaphysical system and experience the healing vibration of your own voice through yogic call and response rāga based chant and deep healing vocal toning sounds to activate and clear the subtle bodies and channels.

Access deeper states of meditation, relaxation and inner bliss, lift your vibe, connect with the inner sound current of your heart and authentic self.

Attune to cosmic frequencies, cultivate listening awareness and access the deep stillness within.

There will be elements of toning, guided vocalisation of the sounds from the Indian classical scale, guided meditation, call and response mantra and rāga based kīrtan, and some guidance in how to connect more precisely to activate the potential contained within the sacred Sanskrit sounds.

“I’ve found these sound based practices deeply transformational. They release endorphins, promote calming waves to soothe your nervous system, and generally lift your spirits. It’s a wonderful practice filled with sublime connection through sound, and uplifting, fun call and response mantra.”

Open to all levels of experience. No singing or chant experience required.
