gentle / yoga flow


Yoga Flow, like a dance, is a practice which builds flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure.

Classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures, greatly influenced by the Astanga yoga primary series and the energy of the seasons.

Postures flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind creating an accessible and effective moving meditation.

All classes include a short period of seated meditation and end in relaxation or sivasana.

Classes are suitable for those who enjoy the energy of a flowing practise and for all levels of experience.

Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.

Our studio is fully equipped with props and blankets to make sure you get the most out of your practise and are always comfortable.
