Yoga Fit Fusion

Yoga fit fusion is designed to help improve your mental and physical health, as well as tone and define your entire body. The class blends balance, strength, flexibility and some light hearted dance moves to keep that joy thing flowing.
With a focus on listening to your own body, the benefits of this yoga fusion practice are endless. Designed to maximize each student’s full potential, this class is open to all levels and aims to assist each student in finding their rhythm, reducing stress, and providing a welcoming and supportive space to tune into their own body, heart, mind and soul.
The fusion of body weight moves, yoga sequences, and a non compulsory dance flow will ensure an extra spring in your step as you head home for an early Thursday night dinner. Oh, and the playlist will be bangin!
