Slow down and rebuild your energy as you melt into deep, juicy stretches with the use of bolsters and props to support you in gently releasing tension. This nurturing class has a focus on cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness as we hold postures for 2-5 minutes in order to create flexibility and balance the body’s energy systems. Our practice ends with a short relaxation meditation/yoga nidra to leave you feeling nurtured and rejuvenated.

Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention.

The studio is fully equipped with props and blankets to make sure you get the most out of your practise and are always comfortable.
