Yin Yoga and Journaling

 

Take some time out to reconnect and reflect with nurturing Yin Yoga. Gain insight and clarity through journaling to align with your inner wisdom and find direction.

Structured as a deeply grounding and restorative Yin Yoga class, we focus on building energy and cultivating mindfulness. We then practise simple meditations and journaling techniques to gain insight into your inner wisdom and find clarity around what path of action to take over the month ahead.

These sessions are designed to create a space to come together and share your insights and intentions with others, as we form a supportive community to help hold each other accountable to living our intentions and discovering how we can each “live our light” in the world- in whatever form that takes.

HELD ON THE THIRD SAT OF EVERY MONTH : 11:30 am – 1:15 pm
