Sally Perkins

Sally has practiced Yoga for 20 years and has been teaching for the past 4 years. She teaches Hatha, Meditation, Nidra, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, as well as Yin. She discovered Yin yoga at a time when she needed to find some balance with all of the ‘yang’ activities that she was undertaking. She was experiencing pain in her lower spine and yin became a practice that she fell completely in love with, for its complete and utter ‘makeover’ on her life, (both physically and emotionally) and for reducing and eliminating the issue within her spine. She is passionate about sharing the practice with her students. Sally’s classes reflect her insights into Yoga philosophy and life. She is a Mother to Ruby, her young toddler, and is a lover of nature, of reflection and of slowing down to live a life full of joy and peace of mind. She is also a Reiki practitioner through her business, Be at One Wellness, and, ever the student, she is about to embark on training to become a celebrant to share in her love of celebrating life.
