over 55’s yoga

Over 55’s yoga or ‘never too late’ yoga!   No matter how old you are, it is never too late to practice yoga.

Specially adapted yoga postures will awaken the body, enhancing physical well- being and will leave you smiling from the inside out.

By stretching the stiff parts and strengthening the weak parts of the body, your energy will increase and physical mobility will improve.

Common problems associated with ageing, such as poor circulation, stiff joints, unsteady balance and poor posture, will be addressed during class.

Everyone welcome …this class is ideal for all students wishing to work at a slower pace.
