Looking for some delicious post natal yoga? Ready to regain some flexibility and relieve neck, shoulder and lower back tension?

• Increase abdominal and pelvic floor tone with supported movements and breathing
• Release tension in neck and shoulders with fluidity and increasing blood flow
• Create space and build strength in muscles and joints, targeting shoulders and back
• Rejuvenate mind and body with guided meditation
• Learn mindfulness tools that you can take home and incorporate into ever day

Do as much or as little yoga as you can, with space to feed, change and cuddle bub whenever you need.
No previous yoga experience required.
New born to pre crawling.
Casual drop in welcome.

Classes are taught by Carolyn Glover, 10yrs teaching yoga, 15yrs as a Mum!
