Newborn to Crawling is ideal age for bubs.

We focus on gently regaining abdominal and pelvic floor strength, restoring alignment, opening the chest and upper back and lots of breathing…all the while admiring the babies.  Each class finishes with a long, deep relaxation.

Our classes offer a friendly, supportive environment in which to enjoy getting to know your baby.  There is always time to chat and meet other mothers and their babies and to share experiences.
