Meditation

The weekly meditation sessions consist of a 30-minute mindfulness meditation followed by a talk and group discussion on a topic relating to our emotional wellbeing. This is a great way to connect with others and fill your cup.

The classes are suitable for both beginners and those who have practiced meditation before.

The discussion is optional, you are welcome to leave after your meditation practice if you need.

The lovely Nat has joined our team to support you in finding your inner peace. Nat has been trained in the traditional Buddhist style meditations as well as working with the chakra system. She is currently completing her training to become a certified meditation teacher under the Meditation Association of Australia – so you are in good hands.

Cost: Normal class pass.
