Harjinder Kaur

My journey with Kundalini Yoga began in 2007 when a close friend introduced me to the practice which left me feeling much more connected to my true self, allowing me to evolve in so many ways from  single parent to work and everyday life; as well as overcoming long existing back problems.

In September 2008 I completed the teacher training and began to teach classes and never looked back!

​I am passionate about guiding and supporting students to create an abundant, peaceful, balanced and happy life. As well as nurturing a community where we come together to practice, share and connect.
Practicing kundalini yoga and meditation will enable you to raise your consciousness and open your heart. It deepens and expands our awareness and acceptance on all levels so that we may awaken to our full potential.
