Vietnam Luxury Yoga Retreat 2019

Making time in life to ‘retreat’ is one of the finest gifts you can give to yourself.

Give yourself this opportunity to escape the busyness of daily life, a chance to pause, connect with your self; connect with nature; to be quiet and spend time ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. This luxury retreat is all about nurturing, pampering and taking care of you so you feel thoroughly nourished inside and out.

Imagine a luxury resort on a tranquil white sand beach, enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean whilst relaxing by your own private pool.  Experience the fresh and amazing flavours of Vietnamese food.  Choose a coffee body scrub, Himalayan heart stone massage or coconut envelope from the extensive spa menu…..bliss!

Our unique retreat includes 4 nights in the stunning Fusion Maia Resort on the white sands of Danang followed by two nights in the luxury Intercontinental Resort inspired by Vietnamese temples and traditional villages.

You will enjoy daily yoga sessions, spa treatments, delicious meals and plenty of time for cultural adventures, leaving you feeling totally indulged, relaxed and rejuvenated….physically, mentally and emotionally.

Here is some feedback from our last Vietnam retreat:

We start the day with yoga, then breakfast, then a spa treatment (maybe a massage), then a swim (in the pool or at the beach), then lunch and another spa treatment, and more yoga. We’re a small group with Helen and Carolyn managing the yoga and our well being, and Allison looking after tours and travel.

There’s time to walk along the beach, try Vietnamese food or catch the hotel bus into Hoi An where speeding motorbikes make crossing the road an adventure and people are generous but not above driving a hard bargain. The markets are full of colour and the women where long-sleeved shirts to keep their skin light. The food is tastefully arranged, but the shirts never match the pants they are wearing. The streets are strung with coloured lanterns. You can take a boat ride on the river, buy presents for friends who couldn’t make it, drink Vietnamese coffee or just sit and stare at the life around you. You can have clothes made of silk, take a tour of the temples or maybe Allison will arrange a cooking tour. Or you can sit by the pool all day and read. Take time for yourself.

Best of all there’s yoga every day. Since the last retreat in Vietnam, I still practice yoga every day. It makes a difference to the way I feel about my body and myself.” Michelle
